Comforts of Whidbey Winery was established in 2009 with the winery expansion complete in 2016. The Tasting Room as well as the Bed & Breakfast are currently open February through November.

Our 22 acre farm includes a 4+ acre vineyard where we grow the grapes for all our white wines. Madeleine Angevine, Siegerrebe, Madeleine Sylvaner and Pinot Noir. The rest of the farm is open pasture and forest where cows, alpacas, and chickens roam and approximately 60 mature fruit and nut trees grow.

Our red wine grapes come from a couple different AVA’s in Eastern Washington. Starting mid-September, we drive over the pass and pick up grapes and once we get back to Whidbey Island the winemaking process begins. Our red wines currently include Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Malbec, and Nebbiolo (wine club only).

Our below grade cellar is where all our wines are produced and special events and tasting take place. From the first harvest through the winter, the cellar is buzzing with winemaking activities.
