100% Estate Wines
| Siegerrebe |
Siegerrebe was created by crossing two grape varieties: Madeleine Angevine and Gewurztraminer. This grape variety grows particularly well in the cool climate of the Puget Sound AVA. With a medium dry finish and wonderful floral nose. This wine has spice and floral aromas and pairs well with hot spicy foods and hard cheeses. |
| Madeleine Angevine |
Typically a higher acid wine, Madeleine Angevine has a clean crisp finish with hints of citrus, particularly grapefruit. The grapes used for this wine were hand tended, harvested as a community effort, then gently pressed to produce an elegant white wine. It pairs particularly well with delicate seafood dishes. |
