2017 Harvest is over.
We were able to bring in all our fruit in the two weeks that we picked. Before the rain did any damage. We thank all of our wonderful volunteers who came and helped bring in this record crop of grapes. All the numbers look great. The sugar, PH and Acid levels are all perfect for our varietals. We really could not do this without our wonderful community. THANK YOU !!!!!
Friday September 29th - Picking the Madeleine Angevine. Start at 8am. Rain or Shine
Please email email@example.com if you will be able to help out.
Annual Community Grape Harvest
Harvest takes place every year around mid-late September thru early October. Early in the year it is always a guessing game as to which weekend the grapes will be ready. Once the grapes start to ripen and the sugar levels, acid levels and PH levels all get close to the perfect range and the weather forecast looks good. We make the call that harvest is imminent. If you would like to volunteer and be part of the annual harvest, sign up below and we will send you an email notification once the harvest date is set. Be ready, the first notice is often only days before the first harvest.
